You can capture audio recordings of anything and everything that has your attention. You can also capture text if youre in a situation where you cant speak.
** Clarify **
Process your inbox items by clarifying what a successful outcome looks like and defining the next action to move your project along. Define the context and time required to complete the next action so you can later focus only on those doable actions.
** Act with Focus **
Unleash your productivity ninja by setting your Context and time available to only see actions that you can act on right now.
** Act with Urgency **
Navigate your busy day by seeing your meetings from your iOS calendars in Purpose. Also, see which actions are due this week and next week so you can put out fires before they happen.
** Organize and Review **
See your Next Actions by Area and Project so you can stay on top of your long-term goals and responsibilities. If you have single actions that dont need a project, you can see them under One-Step Actions.
** Waiting For **
Stay on top of those events where youre waiting for somebody (or something) else to finish before you can make progress. Review them when youre with the person or create follow-up actions when theyre past due.
** Someday Maybe **
Not ready to commit or move on a particular project? Easily convert projects and actions into Someday Maybe items that you can review regularly. This is also the place to park any creative imaginings of things you may want to do one day.

Your data is safely stored in your free Apple iCloud account and kept in sync between all your iOS devices. The last device you make changes on automatically propagates those changes to your other devices. No need to be pushing sync buttons. It just works.
